Data handling, security and your account rights

Payment data encryption

All DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions are encrypted end-to-end. Your banking details are never stored in plain text on our servers; we tokenise payment references so only your account ID is logged.

Session and cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to track your deposit and withdrawal history within your account. You can review and disable non-essential cookies from Settings > Privacy at any time.

Account security verification

Withdrawals above a set threshold trigger a verification step—we'll ask you to confirm your email or phone before funds leave your wallet. This protects against unauthorised access.

Data retention

We keep your account data, transaction records and legal correspondence for as long as your account is active. After closure, we retain records for the period required by local law, then securely delete them.

Right to access

You can request a full copy of your personal data held by star123—deposits, withdrawals, account activity, support tickets—via Settings > Legal & Data or by emailing [email protected].

Data correction and deletion

If any account detail is incorrect, update it directly in Settings > Profile. For deletion requests, where local law permits, contact support and we'll discuss which data can be removed while maintaining account integrity and legal compliance.

Your legal questions answered

Depends on local law. In most cases you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and provide a valid ID to verify your identity when withdrawing funds. We check this during your first withdrawal request, matching your payment method to your registered name.

You can update your profile details—email, phone, address—in Settings > Profile at any time. Account closure depends on local law. If you wish to close your account, contact support; we'll help you withdraw any remaining balance and confirm closure in writing.

Once your withdrawal is verified and approved, funds return to your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS wallet within one business day typically. The exact timing depends on your payment provider; we process our end immediately after verification.

After closure, your account data is retained for the period required by local regulation, then securely deleted. You can request a data export before closure via Settings > Legal & Data or support email.

We do not sell your data. We share transaction details only with payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS) and our banking partner as needed to process deposits and withdrawals. All sharing is covered in our privacy policy.

Log in, go to Settings > Legal & Data, and download your full transaction report as a PDF. Reports include all deposits, withdrawals, and dates. For longer periods or custom formats, email [email protected] with your request.

Change your password immediately and contact our support team via live chat or email. We'll review your account activity, verify recent transactions and help you secure your account. Do not share your password or two-factor code with anyone.
